Vlad Shvartsman Vlad Shvartsman is a New York attorney. He received his LL.B. from Université Laval in Québec city. Mr. Shvartsman received a Master's of Laws degree (LL.M.) from the University of Miami's School of Law, where he had the privilege to work as research assistant to Professor Elliot Manning, one of the foremost US tax law scholars. During his study, Mr. Shvartsman was also awarded a Certificate in International Taxation. Mr. Shvartsman regularly attends the Philip E. Heckerling Institute on Estate Planning held in Miami every January. Estate planning professionals from all over the country congregate and discuss new estate planning techniques. The Heckerling is the largest and most well-known symposium for estate planning professionals. Recently, Mr. Shvartsman oversaw a patent, design and trademark assignment of a major IP portfolio as a result of a corporate merger.
